If you are looking to check out a book or eBook from the library, here are the instructions for that.

If you would like to check out an eBook go to the SORA link, you use your username and password for school to login.

Type in the title or Author and search.

Meagan Powers will have the Mustang Closet open on Tuesday and Thursday 1:30-3:30. If you need clothing, any personal items or food, call Meagan and she will open the door so you can come in and pick items you need. Her number is 541 450-7822

Hi, I am Meagan Powers and I am the GAP Coordinator at HVHS. GAP stands for Graduation Assistance Program. In a normal school year, I would organize mentors to come once a week and meet with identified students. They support our students with school and connect with them to guide them through the struggles of life. We generally target students from low income households or the first in their family to go to college. We do have several mentors who are still meeting with our students but alot of our students are not currently being reached.

Because of COVID we have had to restructure as we can't currently have volunteers in our building. I am going to do my best with our staff to continue supporting kids that need it most. I am also the Family Advocate at HV, I will be helping kids with needs such as clothes, toiletries, shoes, and food. I am asking for all or our staff to let me know if you talk to kids or feel there is some need to please contact me. I am here to get needed items to students or take them after school to purchase items. I will also be helping to get seniors over the line. Please contact me if you have any referrals or questions.
