Art Contest Winner

A piece of art by sixth grader Lucas Sizov was selected for an art book sponsored by Blick Art Materials and Celebrating Art. Lucas created the piece last year and will receive a $25 prize and a copy of the anthology.

World Cultures Club

Throughout the month of March, elementary students learned about different cultures, including Japan, Ireland, India and Vietnam. Scroll down to learn about our next World Cultures Club event, which is open to all SVLA students!

Project-based Learning Launches April 8

Middle school parents, you are invited to join us at 11:00 on Monday, April 8, when we launch the project with students at a special assembly.


Not able to attend? The presentation and supporting documents will be available on the school website April 8. Thank you in advance for partnering with us to bring this innovative approach to SVLA!
