Graduation Day Is Near!
The Class of 2023's big day is near! The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 10th, at 4 pm, at Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School's Robert T. Roy Stadium.
- Graduation Practice is mandatory. Please report to the auditorium at 9 am on both rehearsal days.
- June 6th: Graduation Rehearsal 1 & Cap & Gown Distribution (9 am-12 pm)
- June 7th: Rain Date for Graduation Rehearsal 1
- June 8th: Graduation Rehearsal 2 (9 am-12 pm)
- June 9th: Rain Date for Graduation Rehearsal 2
Plan A
- Weather permitting, graduation is held on the Robert T. Roy field.
- The ceremony begins at 4 pm.
- Families and guests sit in the bleachers, where open seating is first-come-first-serve.
- Families do not need tickets for the outdoor ceremony.
- Graduates will assemble in the auditorium at 3 pm.
- Families should allow extra time for parking.
Plan B
- When the weather does not permit an outdoor graduation, the ceremony is held in the high school gymnasium.
- The ceremony begins at 4 pm. If the weather is difficult to predict, a decision will be made by 2 pm at the latest. The decision will be communicated via Aspen and on the school's website.
- Graduates will receive 2 tickets at the graduation rehearsal to prepare for this situation. Guests will sit in the gymnasium bleachers; graduates will be seated on the gymnasium floor.
- There will be overflow seating in the school auditorium. Families will access this seating on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will broadcast the live streaming ceremony on a screen in the auditorium.
- If the ceremony is indoors, graduates will assemble in the cafeteria at 3 pm.
- Families should allow extra time for parking.
