Welcome Back, Hornets!

Dear E.O. Green Community and families,

Welcome back to starting learning from a distance for the 2020-21 school year! I hope you have had the opportunity to enjoy healthy and quality family time during the summer break. As we continue to address the COVID-19 school closure and adjust to providing learning for the 2020-2021 academic year, E.O. Green staff have been working diligently to ensure that every student’s academic and social-emotional needs will be met while the school campus is closed. There’s nothing better than starting your school year with a great group of educators that have prepared over the summer and are eager to meet their students virtually.

You are cordially invited to the webinar that HESD will be hosting tomorrow, Tues., September 1, from 5:00-6:00 PM. HESD Families: Please read this new message. https://5il.co/kdvi

We will be hosting Back to School Night on September 10 starting 5:30 PM. Please see the schedule below. Your child’s teacher will be sending you an invitation via student e-mail and Google Classroom. You will have an opportunity to meet and hear from your child’s teacher for each of the three periods.

Please contact the school if you were not able to come and pick up your box of supplies, textbooks, or Chromebook. A friendly reminder that office hours are from 10:00am-1:00pm.

Bienvenidos de nuevo a aprender ha distancia! Espero que haya tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar de un tiempo familiar saludable y de calidad durante las vacaciones de verano. A medida que continuamos adaptandonos a el cierre de la escuela COVID-19 y nos ajustamos para brindar aprendizaje para el año académico 2020-2021, el personal de EO Green ha estado trabajando diligentemente para garantizar que las necesidades académicas, y socioemocionales de cada estudiante se satisfagan mientras la escuela está cerrada. No hay nada mejor que comenzar su año escolar con un gran grupo de educadores que se han preparado durante el verano y están ansiosos por conocer a sus estudiantes virtualmente.

Celebraremos la Noche de Regreso a Clases (Back to School Night) el 10 de septiembre a partir de las 5:30 p.m. Para mas informacion mire la parte posterio. El maestro de su hijo le enviará una invitación por correo electrónico del estudiante y Google Classroom. Tendrá la oportunidad de conocer y escuchar al maestro de su hijo en cada uno de sus tres periodos.

Favor de llamar a la escuela si no tubo la oportunidad de venir a recojer su caja de materiales escolares, textos, o la computadora portatil (Chromebook). Unrecordtori amistoso de que la oficina esta habierta de 10:00 AM a 1:00 PM.
