Copper Beech Parent Update
Week of December 4, 2023
Principal's Message
Dear Families,
I hope you enjoy seeing the smiles on your child's face in the pictures we share with you each week. Our students really enjoyed tasting all of the special sample foods they could try as part of our Discovery Food event in the cafeteria. In addition, I was so proud of our students as they showed their caring character traits and were recognized as part of our C.B C.A.R.E.S. reward system. Each week, they work so hard as they learn new things, and of course, we always try our very best to make learning and being at Copper Beech a fun experience for our students each day!
In addition, I would like to send a special "Thank you" to all of our families who volunteered to help at this week's Holiday Shop. Our students look forward to this each year. I hope that many families were able to see the excitement their children had when sharing the special goodies they purchased for their loved ones. Thank you for all you do to work with us each day. I wish you all a relaxing weekend as you prepare to wrap up in preparation for the winter break that is fast approaching!
Best,
Ms. Stokes

CB Cares
Ms. Stokes spotted some students showing two of our character pledge traits respectfulness and responsibility. They were using their quiet signs when they were independent (without a teacher escorting them) as they walked through the hallway. Mr. Price's Class was one of multiple class winners who were recognized this past month for winning the Cafe Fork and Spoon award. Some other winners include Ms. James, Ms. Moran, Ms. Keaser, Ms. Chiodo, Ms. Matthews, Mr. Falcone, Ms. Nicholson, Ms. Steinmetz, Ms. Poole, Ms. Kocent, and Mr. Williams.
All of these pictures represent CB C.A.R.E.S. spotted around our school!
