8.1 Public Hearing on Estimated Tax Levy

As required by the "Truth in Taxation Act," a hearing was held to allow public comment on the 2022 tax resolution. No public comments were received.

11.4 Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Sale or Disposal of Personal Property in accordance with 105 ILCS 5/10-22.8 - APPROVED

12.2 Resolution Regarding the Estimated Amount Necessary to be Levied for the Year 2022 - APPROVED

12.3 Approval of a Property Tax Relief Grant which could give the District tax relief if received - APPROVED

Board President Poulosky asked administration to add a Board discussion item to the January 3rd Study Session Agenda. During that discussion, the Board will share their requirements and what additional information they need to vote in favor of a one-school Spanish DL school in the future.
