Words from our Principal
Bonita Vista Families,
There are many things to celebrate at BVM as you will see in the pictures below. We have so many talented and passionate students and staff at BVM and I am proud to be a member of this team.
Next week is Valentine's Day and we will have a dance for students on the afternoon of the 14th. Encourage your students to join the party! It will be followed by a 4 day weekend for the Presidents' Day holiday.
BVM Sports will begin playoffs tomorrow. Best of luck to our soccer and basketball teams as they play for a spot in the finals.
Please join us on Tuesday, February 19th for our final Middle School Success 101 meeting of the year. This one is a big one! Counselors will be sharing information about the 6 year plan that has been implemented for our students so they can map out their courses from now until high school. You won't want to miss this one!
Thank you to our BVM community for your continued support and for sending us your amazing children. If there is anything we can do to support you, please contact us. Every day is a great day at BVM!
Sincerely,
Teresa Kramer

Digital Citizenship
Everyone wants to keep their kids safe and healthy. One area that may get overlooked is the safety of our kids on the internet. Sometimes we just assume kids know the right thing to do. The best way to keep our kids safe on the internet is to talk to them about it. There are a lot of great resources available to educate yourself on the subject and make it easier to speak to your kids about. A few are listed here to help you begin to help your child develop safe internet behaviors
