Supporting International Holocaust Remembrance Day, which takes place on January 27th, not only provides an opportunity for students, staff, and community members to remember and memorialize those who were killed during the Holocaust; but it also reminds them of their responsibility to confront hatred, prevent genocide, and promote human dignity. High School Students & Families: Attend the "Cash for College Workshop"
All CVUSD high school students and their families are invited to a CVUSD and the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) hosted: Cash for College Workshop on Wednesday, January 24th at 6pm. This free workshop will present information on financial aid for college, types of aid, resources available for families, and more. It will also include a line-by-line tutorial to complete the FAFSA/CADAA. Families may attend the event virtually or in-person at the Westlake High School Library.

The Board of Education and Executive Leadership of the CVUSD is proud to publicly recognize students for their accomplishments. At regularly scheduled Board of Education meetings this school year, the following athletic teams and marching band have been honored:

Parents/Guardians please join the CVUSD's BreakThrough Student Assistance Program and The Conejo Schools Foundation for an in-person workshop: "Substance Use and Youth: What's New and What to Know." This cost-free event will be held on Wednesday, January 24th from 6pm - 7:30pm at 33 Greta Street in Thousand Oaks (inside Century Academy's MPR). The event's presenter is Gabe Teran, Youth Development and Advocacy Consultant of Next Gen Community Consulting.

* For children currently enrolled in a CVUSD school, you do not need to complete the online Pre-Enroll process to go to the next grade level. All currently enrolled students will receive Annual Updates information prior to the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
