Miscoe Hill Fall sports registration is now open. Sports being offered are as follows

Grades 5-8 Cross Country

Grades 7-8 Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Girls Volleyball and Field Hockey.

Please do not submit payment until after tryouts.

Please remember your son or daughter must complete the impact test and also have an up to date physical on file. Any questions please contact Scott Glassman at sglassman@mursd.org.

The deadline to register for the Mendon Upton Youth Soccer Travel (U10-U14 / grades 3-8) program for Fall 2022 is June 20th, 2022.

Dear 8th grade students and parents,

My name is Ms. Reardon and I am a World Language teacher at Nipmuc. I have run many trips over the last 14 years at Nipmuc to Italy, Spain, Paris, and the Galapagos Islands. Next year I am offering a trip to Peru during April vacation. Since you will be at Nipmuc next year, you are eligible to travel if you would like to.

Who is eligible to travel? Anyone who will be a Nipmuc student next year is eligible to attend. This trip is for students only. I have had many questions about other family members attending. At the high school level I am trying to teach students how to travel independently, which is the reason for that decision.

I will be holding another informational meeting for anybody that is still interested but has not been able to make the meeting. This meeting will be on zoom, which will hopefully make it easier for people to attend.

The zoom informational meeting will be on Monday, June 13th at 7pm.

As the weather gets warmer students are taking their sweatshirts off at recess and leaving them behind. please encourage your student to check lost and found as we will be donating items at the end of the school year. Thank you!

5th grade field day will be Thursday, June 9.

7th grade field day will be Friday, June 10.

6th grade field day will be Wednesday, June 15

The 8th grade teachers are trying to plan a field day unlike any other. We need your help to make this event one they will never forget!

Every year the Upton Men's Club (UMC) puts on the town fireworks display and will be holding the event again this year on Saturday June 25th.

Any 8th grader NOT going to Nipmuc next year must fill out a record release form. If you have not filled one out already, please have your student stop by the office for a hard copy or you can download and print it below.
