Field Day Information.
BES Families,
We are crossing fingers that tomorrow will allow us to have a full outdoor field day. Here are a few updates and reminders:
- Lawn Chairs- Feel free to bring lawn chairs to sit in to watch your child at field day.
- Lunch- Lunch will be served by the old main entrance.
- Extra Clothes and Shoes- We strongly suggest sending an extra set of clothes and an extra set of shoes just in case.
- Field Day Shirts- We will be getting in field day shirts for Pre-K and 5th grade in the morning. If you have a child in these grades please let them know that they will receive their shirt first thing tomorrow.
- No Masks- Assuming that Field Day will be outdoors staff, students, and families do NOT need to wear masks.
- Bathrooms Available for Families- Listed below are pictures of doors that will be open for staff to get in and use the restrooms if needed.
- Rain Day Back Up- If it does indeed storm Mrs. Robertson has lots of activities that students will complete inside. Due to the crowdedness and congestion of the school, field day will be limited to staff and students only. Our staff will take lots and lots of pictures and send them out to be shared by families.
- Students Leaving Early- If students will be leaving early it is mandatory that parents fill out the electronic form below.
