I hope your week is off to a great start and your family is getting back into a successful routine! Last week as a school we discussed goals for the year (not necessarily resolutions). I shared with the students my 3 goals -- read 40 books (over 200 pages), move 5 million steps (averaging 100,000) and drinking 100 ounces of water a day.
