Last Day of School Information

Last Day of School: Online Activities and Drive Thru Summer Send Off

The last day of school will be Thursday, June 17, This is an abbreviated day and will consist of online activities and a school drive thru summer send off event.

The online activities will include our end of year slide show, teacher videos, and our talent show. We will share the links to these items during the last week of school.

Last Day Drive Thru Goodbye Celebration: 10:00 - 11:30 am

In addition we are inviting families to drive through the parking lot drive line and say goodbye to teachers and staff. The drive thru send off will be from 10:00 - 11:30. We will also be streaming the event live and will include short interviews with staff. More information on accessing the video stream will be shared next week.

5th Grade Promotion - Tuesday, June 15, 2021 - 5:30 - 6:30 pm

We are planning our 5th grade promotion for Tuesday, June 15 from 5:30 - 6:30 pm.

This will be a drive up event in the front of the school, allowing students to get out of their car to collect their promotion certificate, pose for pictures, and say goodbye to their teachers and staff.

5th grade teachers will be sharing more about this with their classes.

Kindergarten Registration

If you, or a family you know, have an incoming kindergarten student and have not yet registered for kindergarten, families are encouraged to contact the school office to register. 503-554-4450.

Kindergarten Jump Start - August 23-26, 2021

We are offering a Jump Start to kindergarten for all of our incoming kindergarten students. This program is designed to familiarize students with school, meet their teachers, make new friends and get a jump start on the new school year. To sign up, please contact Zoraida Anaya at 503-554-5100.

Chromebook Return Process

In anticipation of our return to full day school in the fall, we will begin to collect Chromebooks from students on Tuesday, June 15. Our tech department needs to update Chromebooks over the summer. We are asking all students not involved in summer classes to return their Chromebooks and chargers on Tuesday, June 15.

Please indicate on this form if you need to keep your Chromebook for a summer class or for another reason supported by a parent/guardian.

School Supplies to be Provided by the School District

As we look forward to the new school year, we wanted to alert families that they will no longer need to purchase specific school supplies. School supplies will be provided by the school district.

Student Profile Form

As we begin to plan for the 2021-22 school year, we are providing an opportunity for parents to share with us information about their student as a learner. We will use this information to help with our class placement process. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A TEACHER REQUEST FORM.
