News for You:

  • Reading Month: Thank you for participating in this year's reading month! Our students read over 100,000 minutes for the month of March! Let's keep encouraging this for the remainder of the year! See our FB post for all the fun videos and pictures from our assembly!
  • Kindergarten Open House/Roundup: Our annual Kindergarten Open House will be on Wednesday, May 17, at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be for all incoming kindergarteners and families (see separate flyer for more details).
  • Head lice: The number of head lice is higher than usual. Please regularly check to ensure your child does not have head lice. Doing weekly checks is a great idea this time of the year. And remind your child not to share combs, hair accessories, or hats. Thank you!
  • PTO: The PTO (parent-teacher organization) is looking for new parent recruits who want to be a part of a great group to enhance the school experience for all students! Please get in touch with Mr. Katona if you're interested in joining! Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, April 4, at 6:30 pm in the elementary teacher's lounge.
  • Drop-off Lane: Parents/Guardians! Please don't leave your vehicle in the drop-off lane; pull forward to allow other vehicles to enter. This WILL help the flow of traffic.
  • Cold Weather: Please send your child with a jacket and warm clothing as the weather gets cooler. Thanks!
  • WIN Room Clothes: We are looking for clothes donations (pants, shirts, etc.) for our WIN room. You can drop them off in the elementary office. Thank you.
  • Popcorn Fridays: Parent/Guardians, popcorn Fridays are back! Students will get a bag of popcorn one Friday of the month (usually the last Friday). We are asking for students to bring in $.25 per month to help offset the cost of the popcorn. This is not mandatory, and we thank you for your help! *Our next Popcorn Friday will be on April 28!

PTO

Are you unsure what the PTO is? The PTO, short for parent, teacher, organization, is a small group of parents meeting monthly to discuss ideas to enhance the student experience at school. They find creative ideas to raise funds to help the school and students. If you would like to learn more about the PTO. Our next meeting is on Tuesday, April 4th, at 6:30 PM in the elementary staff lounge (elementary office entrance). Thanks!

PTO Tote Bags!

The PTO is selling these wonderful looking bags for $20. You can purchase them at the elementary office, and they will be at some local businesses soon!

Landon Siddall: Landon always strives to do his best and excels in all areas! Landon loves to help his classmates out and is a great 4th grade leader!


Jorge Ramirez: Jorge always gives his best effort and has a great attitude. He has a fun personality and loves being at school!

Xena Coon

Xena has been working hard every day to follow directions. Xena gets along well with all of her friends.

Brayden Burnside

Brayden works hard every day. He encourages his classmates to make good choices. Brayden is respectful and has a positive attitude.

Porter Herlein

Porter has the biggest Ranger heart! He is a leader in the classroom, strives to be an ambitious learner, and seeks to help others be successful! We’re so proud of this Ranger!

Charles Carlson

Charles is always so sweet and always has a great attitude. I love having Charlie in my class.

Arya Smith

Arya is a very sweet student! She is quiet, listens when adults are talking and works hard on all her assignments! She is always quick to follow directions and is very kind to everyone.

Macy March

Macy always comes to school with a positive attitude. She always gives her best effort and is friendly and kind toward her classmates. Way to show Ranger pride, Macy!

Nora Embrey

Nora comes to school every day ready to try her best, with a positive attitude! She always lends a helping hand to others when they need it and is a kind and caring friend to others!

Addy Porter

Let’s GIVE IT UP TO ADDDDYYYY!!! Addy is always ready to do her BEST and work hard on every task! She is kind and sweet and one heck of an artist!

Charlotte Schwab

Charlotte is a very sweet and kind friend to everyone in the classroom. Even when someone is doing something she doesn’t like, she uses her manners and is always polite in correcting the other student. Charlotte also works hard on all her assignments, even when they are hard!

Andy McGuire

Andy is a wonderful role model for his peers. He always follows directions, listens to adults, and tries his best in everything that he does! He has a great sense of humor and a heart of gold! I’m so proud of you, Andy!!

Olivia Norman

This year Olivia has grown in so many ways. Her outstanding effort in class has helped her achieve greatness!! She displays all the elements of our Ranger PRIDE!!

Paige Lafuze

Paige is a great student! She is always willing to work hard and persevere when things are tough. She is a wonderful role model to have in our classroom and truly represents the definition of Ranger pride to those around her!

Audriana Phannadeth

Audriana shows Ranger Pride in every way. I can always count on her to be doing what’s right and to try her best. She is a great friend to everyone and is always willing to help others.

Robert Shriver

Robert is always on task completing his work! He is a great example and truly loves to learn! We are proud of Robert!

Destiny Bottrall

Destiny comes to school every day with a can do attitude. She is always friendly and a true example of a RANGER!
