Teacher Appreciation Month

Please join us in celebrating some of the hardest working, most caring teachers around. Each day in May we will celebrate a Buchanan High School Teacher and honor their dedication to their students and school community. I couldn't ask to be a part of a more cohesive, loving, comical bunch of teachers and I am so proud to be a part of this BUCK FAMILY!

Ms. Thomas- you are one of the best math teachers I have ever had. I love how you are so straight forward and don't sugar coat anything. It makes class fun when you roast kids who think they are funny!

mrs. thomas. one of my favorite teachers' omg, she's so understanding and since I was in her first hour it was so easy to do and get through the work. I had to get used to taking notes the way she does since I'm so used to taking notes in a notebook. I like the way she teaches! plus she makes tests easy and helps outs, everyone.

Ms. Thomas is real with you and tries to pack as much information and knowledge into as possible. She doesn't just teach you how to do something but also why you do something and really gets your mind thinking and problem solving.

My favorite thing about Mrs.Thomas is that even though her class is hard she makes it fun.

Mrs.Thomas is a very hard working teacher and she always makes sure that her students understand the material. She always brightens my day with a big smile on her face.

Ms. Thomas is an amazing teacher! I miss her class so much. She was the first teacher I've ever had that got me to enjoy math.

Ms. Thomas: She is amazing in a lot of ways when it comes to learning in and out the classroom. I like that she helps students really understand the material that we are reviewing or help us learn new material. I also like that she helps students individually and see where that student is struggling. She sometimes on certain days will have us play games to make the lesson more fun and help understand the lesson better. She is very helpful and encouraging to all of us to try out hardest and to succeed, also hopefully graduate. She is a fun teacher to be around. I miss being in her classroom!!!

Mrs. Thomas she is really funny.
