There is a teacher institute Friday, Oct. 7, 2022, so there will be no school.

We will be closed on Monday, Oct. 10, 2022 for Columbus Day!

We are going to be implementing our new SEL curriculum on Oct. 11, 2022. We have Adam Bradley the creator of the curriculum coming to kick off the program. This program focuses on building leaders and a positive culture. We are so excited to get started.

Forms and money are due back in the office on Oct. 11, 2022.

Please purchase your students Hound Pound t-shirt. We are trying to promote students attendance at extra-curricular events. If they purchase a shirt, they will be able to attend games for free.

October 15th is the compliance deadline. Letters have been sent out notifying students that are still out of compliance. All health related compliance documents are due and if not turned in by October 15th, your student will be excluded from school. This includes physicals and immunizations.

Calling all 6th grade basketball players! It's time to register for the 2nd annual Jr. Greyhound Basketball League. The season will not begin until January (so as to not conflict with school basketball) and it's an excellent way to improve your skills and get lots of playing time. Practices are only 1 hour once a week with games on Saturdays. The entire league wraps up the first week in March. The link to register is below. Hope to see you on the court!

Every Wednesday we will be dismissing at 1:45 p.m. for PLC meetings. Professional Learning Communities are starting this school year. This is a focused time for staff to plan, discuss and evaluate data to increase test scores and overall academic achievement.
