Dear Hill-Roberts Families,

It was a great week at Hill-Roberts! We collected leaves, made videos during writing, reading books for Battle of the Books, and so much more! When your student arrives home, be sure to ask them specific questions to avoid the dreaded "fine!" "Who did you play with at recess?" "What book are you reading in class?" "What did you practice during math today?"

For NEXT Monday, the 31st, we're having a spirit day!

-Wear a costume (*costumes: no gore or weapons; make-up and costumes must be put on at home). Please refrain from inflatable costumes.

-Fall-themed colors

-Dress up as your favorite book character

As with all new things, we're experiencing a learning curve when it comes to our new website and app. It turns out that if you receive an alert (the little, red 1 on the app) and click on the notification, it brings you to a page that only provides the text, which means you aren't necessarily seeing everything we hoped you would. In the future, in order to see everything, click on the menu in the app and go to the Live Feed by clicking on, "Feed" or you can use a web browser to visit our homepage and scroll down to see the Live Feed.
