The Department of Public Instruction requires the formation of a Citizen's Advisory Committee to annually review curriculum related to Human Growth and Development Standards.
We need 2-4 community members who do not have children enrolled at the high school to participate. The time commitment would be 1 hour/month, and a 2-year commitment is ideal.
Fill out this form by September 8th if interested.
These meetings will be held monthly during the following times: Wednesday, October 11, 6:00-7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, November 8, 6:00-7:00 p.m.; and Wednesday, December 6, 6:00-7:00 p.m. Additional dates will occur next summer in preparation for the 2024-2025 school year. Additional meeting times may be required, particularly as it relates to updating the Board of Education on the goals and progress of the Committee.
