2017-18 Building Goals 2017-18 Building Goals

1. During the 2017-18 school year we will continue to build a positive, inclusive, and effective culture for all students and staff.


2. During the 2017-18 school year we will develop and utilize effective methods of assessment, student reflection, and feedback.


3. During the 2017-18 school year 100% of departments / courses will complete work on essential standards, learning targets, and pacing.

Shout Outs and Celebrations Shout Outs and Celebrations

  • Tom and PBIS members for rewarding Juniors for having the fewest minors so far (ice cream).
  • Science teachers for meeting before school for 3 weeks to determine a plan for improving our ACT scores.
  • Jeff and Tracy for their planning and execution of Wednesday morning meetings.
  • The entire staff for using EduClimber - we're making progress.

Patriotic Mural and Tribute: We are working on making a plan for our next mural. The discussion is about creating a replica of a famous painting honoring the armed forces and incorporating our tribute to SCC grads who are active or retired service members. The new display will be left of the current mural.
