2017-18 Building Goals

1. During the 2017-18 school year we will continue to build a positive, inclusive, and effective culture for all students and staff.

2. During the 2017-18 school year we will develop and utilize effective methods of assessment, student reflection, and feedback.

3. During the 2017-18 school year 100% of departments / courses will complete work on essential standards, learning targets, and pacing.

Shout Outs and Celebrations

Tom and PBIS members for rewarding Juniors for having the fewest minors so far (ice cream).
Science teachers for meeting before school for 3 weeks to determine a plan for improving our ACT scores.
Jeff and Tracy for their planning and execution of Wednesday morning meetings.
The entire staff for using EduClimber - we're making progress.

Patriotic Mural and Tribute: We are working on making a plan for our next mural. The discussion is about creating a replica of a famous painting honoring the armed forces and incorporating our tribute to SCC grads who are active or retired service members. The new display will be left of the current mural.
