STUDENTS AT WOOLWICH CENTRAL SCHOOL COME TO VISIT!

Thank you to our friends at Woolwich Central School for joining us in Culinary Arts this week! We love it when they come to visit. Our students prepared a wonderful lunch complete with these cute bunny-shaped pear salads!

COSMETOLOGY FIELD TRIP

The Cosmetology program visited Capilo’s Institute in Augusta, Maine. Students enjoyed touring the facility and learning what programs are offered at the post-secondary school.

Graphic Design along with Engineering and Architectural design traveled to Boston on Monday to explore undergraduate opportunities at MassArt. The group toured design studios for Print Media, Architecture, Ceramics, Communications, Glass, Design Innovation, and Industrial Design, as well as the library overlooking Boston from 12 floors up! Lunch in the MassArt dining hall was a great way to end the tour. The group experienced a cultural shopping trip at Faneuil Hall before heading back to Maine. It was informative, educational, and a lot of fun!

Last week the CNA class learned about the skeletal system. They used pasta to be creative with the bones.
