- Submit solo registration if you have not done so already. If your solo does not have a PML ID enter 0.
- Please start making plans to provide an original copy of your solo for the contest. (If purchased digitally, you need a receipt. Otherwise I’ll have a box for drop off the day of.)
- Midwinter concert is Monday next week. Be prepared for full band rehearsals TBD over the next week that may deter plans as scheduled.

Mattress Fundraiser NEXT SUNDAY 10 AM-5 PM HHS GYM
Mattress Sale Hebron High School on Feb. 4th!
- The Mattress Fundraiser is THIS coming Sunday!
- Referrals are the key to success, and we need your help to find people who need a mattress to come to the fundraiser this weekend.
- Please text and email your student’s referral flyer to ALL your contacts!
- Remember, your student gets fundraising credit for every referral (mattress purchased)*!
*STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PASS OUT REFERRAL FLYERS AT THE EVENT, THE DAY OF THE FUNDRAISER.

Mattress Sale is 1 week away! Please sign up to help! We need YOU!
Our Mattress Fundraiser is in ONE WEEK! NEXT Sunday, February 4th.
- The spots are about 2/3 filled, so thank you to those that have signed up, but we need a dozen more volunteers to make this day a success. This is a super easy volunteer job, the signup has all the details. Please go signup so the Fundraising Team can stop worrying!
We are hard at work getting ready for the Band Golf Tournament fundraiser that will be taking place at the end of May.
- There are a lot of details that go into hosting a tournament and we could really use some more help. In particular, we could use more help with the sponsor/donor/silent auction parts of the tournament.
- The golf tournament has the potential to raise a lot of money for the band, so please come help us make it a huge success! If you’d be interested in helping, please e-mail Nikki Wilson at volunteers@hebronband.org or Sarah Durrant at fundraising@hebronband.org.

Mulch Mayhem is coming!
Our Mulch Mayhem fundraiser will kick off on February 4 – March 1 with delivery to school March 23rd. Right now we are looking for people that have or have access to these type of vehicles:
· Any type of pick up truck
· Any length of trailer
· Pull behind trailer
We would need you to be available all day on March 23 for potential delivery of bagged mulch to surrounding areas, and you will have a crew to help load and unload. Please fill out the Google form below if you are able to assist.
