Dear Parents,

Second Semester parent-teacher conferences are quickly approaching and we will be conducting Student-Led Conferences. For Student-Led Conferences, your student is preparing a presentation to inform you of his or her progress so far this school year and their goals for the remainder of the semester.

Conferences will be held on February 14th from 5:00pm-8:00pm and on February 15th from 12:00pm-4:00pm and 5:00 pm-8:00pm. If you have not already done so, please be sure to sign up for one conference time slot for each of your students. Instructions on signing up for a conference time are listed below.

On the day and time of your conference, you will meet with your child and their Warrior Time teacher for a 15-minute conference. Conferences will be scheduled in 15 minute time blocks at the top of the hour and on the half hour. Any remaining time can be used to visit and ask questions of other teachers.

Then follow these steps:

1. Login to Skyward

2. Open Family Access

3. Choose the Conference tab on the left (if only a + click it) then the tab

4. Click on All Conferences

5. Look for Period 9 - Warrior Time

6. Under the Status column click Select a Time

7. Choose your time and click select

8. If the information is correct click Save

You have successfully scheduled your student's conference.

The Status changed and you will receive an email confirmation from Skyward.

We look forward to seeing you at conferences and appreciate your support of your student’s education.

A THS Counselor will be available at TMS during Parent Teacher Conferences.

They will be able to answer any questions that you may have about high school courses and making the transition to THS.

They will be available both days.

Our TMS CBR Special Education program is raising money for educational field trips and experiences.

Our students have the opportunity to visit the theater, go grocery shopping, dine in restaurants, and other Real World educational experiences.

In order to properly prepare for these experiences, the CBR program is running a TShirt Sale.

Now you can be prepped for St. Patty's Day and show your Tongie Pride with these great TShirt options.

Please remember that the back access road, near the TES /TMS water tower, is for bus traffic only. We are having multiple vehicles, who are not daycare vans, using the back entrance and it's creating some extra traffic and difficulties for our buses to maneuver. Thank you for following the front entrance roads to TES and TMS.
