Secure Testing Materials Storage Certification

Below is a link to a document that must be completed by each campus and kept on file every year. Please work with your principal to complete and return it to me by Friday, November 22nd. Also, note that signatures for both the principal and CTC are required. You may either scan a copy to me or send a hard copy through interoffice mail.

STAAR Alt 2 & TELPAS Alt Rosters

If you can believe, it is already time to start preparing for STAAR Alt 2 and TELPAS ALT registrations. Given that we have no way to identify who is participating in these assessments, we need your help in this process. Please completely fill out a copy of the linked spreadsheet below and return it to me by Friday, December 6th. The accuracy of this document is critical. Students not registered will not receive any testing materials in the initial shipment. Remember not to change the column order or format of the spreadsheet in any way. Thanks in advance for the processes you have in place to make sure this roster is complete and accurate.

A Message from Test Hound

Training Dates for November and December

Hello TestHound Users!

We are excited to post our TestHound Mini Trainings sessions for the months of November and December. Our trainings will run 15-30 minutes and focus on specific topics based on what’s happening on the testing calendar. The mini trainings will be hosted via Zoom and you can register for them using the connected links. We will end the month of December with a FAQ style session where we will discuss and review the big topics you’ve brought our way. We will post a new schedule each month with new available sessions.
