Our Read-A-Thon was such a success that OMH&S was able to purchase a BOOK VENDING MACHINE! We are excited to reward our students in such a fun, meaningful way! Our bulldogs are SO excited to earn a gold coin to get a book from the vending machine. Thank you for your support!

Mrs. Kucsinki/Mrs. Shroyer's class participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony. Their class raised the most money during the read-a-thon.

Chloe received the first gold coin to get a book since she read the most minutes during the Read-a-Thon! Great job, Chloe!

District Calendar Changes

The Board approved revisions to the 2022-2023 (current) school calendar. As you know, the former calendar provided for 3 emergency/snow closings; none were used. The attached revised calendar reflects the following changes:


  • Friday, May 26: School closed for students and staff
  • Tuesday, May 30: School closed for students/Professional Day for staff
  • Thursday, June 15: Last day of school for students
  • Friday, June 16: WIS 8th Grade Promotional Exercises (no change)
    WHS Class of 2023 Graduation (no change), ½ Day Professional Day for staff
