The Hemlock Sports Boosters and the Hemlock Girls' Basketball Program are once again offering a Saturday morning basketball league for boys and girls in Grades K-6. The early registration deadline is November 26th with the first session taking place on Saturday, January 5th. ALERT - ALERT - ALERT for next Tuesday, November 20th ONLY.

We are coordinating with construction crews working around on the streets utilized to access our school buildings. Next Tuesday, November 20th, we have some alternate plans due to work being done on Maple/Wilson and Pine Street.

AM Drop Off
Middle school and KC Ling parents will drop off using the bus loop via the high school parking lot and crossing over Pine Street. MS/K.C.Ling parking lots will not be accessible to parents during drop off.

PM Pick Up
The Bus loop will be restricted to buses only. K.C. Ling parents will pick up using the service drive off Hemlock Rd. and using the parking lot as normal. Middle School parents will pick up their child at the High School Gym. The Middle School parking lot will NOT be accessible.
High School dismissal will be at 2:30 PM.

Girl Scout Juniors Troop 50286 will be collecting items to help families in our local communities. Please send in any of the following NEW items with your child to K.C. Ling Elementary School from Nov. 19th - 30th. Each class will have a drop box. Items being collected include cleaning supplies, paper towels, soaps, deodorants, toothbrushes, toilet paper, or any other personal hygiene items.

Santa Shoppe is coming on December 4th - 6th at K.C. Ling and December 7th at Hemlock Elementary. All gifts will be $1.50.

We will need many volunteers to make this event run smoothly. Set up, shopping/wrapping assistants and teardown helpers are needed. To volunteer please contact Libby White at 213-3151 or leddy@hemlockps.com.

We will again be Paying It Forward so all students will be able to bring home gifts for their family. If you would like to donate, please send money either on their shopping day or send money to school ahead of time in an envelope marked Santa Shoppe.
