Attendance Procedures While on Staggered Schedule Beginning Monday, September 21

Please input information by 2:00pm each day.***PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THIS A WEEK AT A TIME, COMPLETE THIS ONE TIME ON THAT SPECIFIC DATE.

In addition, if you receive doctor's notes or other notes from students regarding excused absences, please send them to the office.
How will students go home on the first day of school and beyond?
- If you have students coming this week, please remember to ask parents how their child(ren) will go home. Also, please remind parents that if there is a change in dismissal plans, a note or email needs to be sent. We cannot make changes to students' dismissal plans over the phone.
Our staggered dismissal schedule is as follows:
- Preschool-2:30 (back of school-parking lot)
- Elementary-2:40 (front of school-carpool lane)
- Middle-2:50 (back of school-parking lot)

What's Happening This Week:
Employee Orientation:
- The employee orientation course opened in CANVAS on Friday. This course completion deadline is October 23.
CNP:
- CNP will deliver breakfast and lunch to classrooms beginning tomorrow. Tomorrow, CNP is also passing out meals to families from 10:30-12:00. Please be patient if your meals arrive a little later than your originally scheduled lunch time. They are working hard to balance both meal distributions.
Additional PPE:
- If, at any time, you need any additional PPE (that has been provided by the district), please contact a custodian or the office staff.
Progress Reports and I-Now Parent Codes:
- Progress reports and I-Now parent codes for students in the GREEN group will go home on Monday, September 21
- Progress reports and I-Now parent codes for students in the GRAY group will go home on Wednesday, September 23.
- Progress reports and I-Now parent codes for virtual students will be sent out in the mail on Wednesday, September 23.
Morning and Afternoon Duty Schedule:
- You will find our morning and afternoon duty schedule below. This first week we are asking for all hands on deck to assist with student arrival and dismissal. Please remember if you are going to be absent, you are responsible for finding someone to cover your arrival/dismissal duty location.
Collaborative Team Meetings:
- Due to the shift to a staggered schedule, our collaborative team meetings will take place on Fridays.
