Book & Bake Sale
The book and bake sale hosted by the Advocates for the Schuylerville Public Library will be held on Saturday, October 8 from 10am-2pm in the library. The mission of the Advocates is to support and promote the Schuylerville Public Library by helping to fulfill its literacy, educational, technological, community and cultural purposes.
We are not accepting used book donations at this time.
Fall Food Drive
Donate a non-perishable food item between Oct 1st and 8th with a good shelf date and receive a coupon for one free book sale book (limit one coupon per person). Or sign up for a library card between Oct 1st and 8th to receive a coupon.
All food items will be donated to S.A.F.E.R.
This event is part of the Great Give Back effort.
Halloween Happenings!
This October, we will be hosting many Halloween-themed events for kids and families. Check them out below!
- Science Saturdays (Fluffy Witch Slime & Witches Brew): Sat, Oct 1 @ 10AM (drop-in)
- Family Trivia Night (with a Halloween round!): Thurs, Oct 6 @ 6PM (registration required)
- Pumpkin Painting for Kids: Sat, Oct 8 @ 11AM (drop-in)
- Family Crafternoon (Paper Cup Jack-O-Lantern): Sat, Oct 15 @ noon (drop-in)

- Holly-ween Story Time: Sun, Oct 30 @ 4:30PM (drop-in at Hudson Crossing Park)
