After School Enrichment (ASE) & Early School Arrival (ESAP)
Dear MPS Families,
While the current academic year is coming to a close, we are busy preparing for the 2023-2024 academic year. We want to give you some information about enrollment for our Early School Arrival Program (ESAP) and After School Enrichment (ASE) programs for the upcoming school year.
This school year we were able to bring back more enrichment activities to the afterschool program thanks to our partnerships with Mass Audubon, Super Soccer Stars, Mrs. Camile McNamara, Chess Wizards, Puddlestompers, and the Right Brain Curriculum. We are very excited to announce that most of these activities with the exception of Tae Kwon Do, Mandarin, and Chess, will now be part of our daily schedule which will allow ASE participants to access these at no additional cost or separate registration.
ASE and ESAP enrollment is for five days a week attendance. Please be mindful of this when you register your child(ren). Due to capacity limitations, participants are expected to display consistent attendance to maintain the spot. To families with incoming Kindergarteners, we recommend registering your Kindergartener first as spots for this grade are limited. Please be aware that capacity is limited for all grades and we cannot guarantee spots to everyone.
ASE and ESAP registration for the 2023-2024 academic year will start online with the following schedule:
Collicot: Monday, June 12 opens at 12 pm
Cunningham: Tuesday, June 13 opens at 12 pm
Glover: Wednesday, June 14 opens at 12 pm
Tucker: Thursday, June 15 opens at 12 pm

2023-2024 Tuition Fees
- ASE annual tuition rate is $3,150.00 per child divided into 10 monthly payments
- ESAP annual tuition rate is $1,050.00 per child divided into 10 monthly payments
The first child pays full tuition, and additional siblings receive a discount of 30% on the tuition rate. Early Release (ER) Days are not included in the tuition. A separate registration is required to attend ER Days.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS DUE AT REGISTRATION:
The initial deposit is required at registration to reserve a spot and it is not refundable after August 15, 2023. Please notify the director before June 2 if you are unable to make the initial deposit.
ESAP 1st child: $105.00
ESAP additional siblings: $74.00
ASE 1st child: $315.00
ASE additional siblings: $221.00
Please note that when registering for our programs, you are reserving a spot. There are no refunds or credits for days not used, or carry-overs of days not used from week to week or month to month. Accounts must be up to date prior to registering in order to accept any new registrations.
Tuition Assistance:
Milton Community Schools is self-supporting and does not receive funds from Milton Public Schools or grants from the state or federal government. Tuition assistance is made possible by families who pay full tuition.
An amount of assistance is set aside each year and distributed in advance of the school year among qualified applicants according to income eligibility. The application deadline is June 30
How Do I Register?
ASE and ESAP registration for the 2023-2024 academic year will start online with the following schedule. Please note that you do NOT need your child's student ID at this time.

Registration for both ASE and ESAP programs is online on FamilyID/Arbiter Sports. We recommend creating an account ahead of the registration date. Please make sure to provide accurate information, Community Schools does not have access to students' information.
