Celebrating Everything that Brings Us Together
Thanksgiving Meal Celebration
It was fantastic to see so many families, parents, grandparents and friends at the Bloomington Elementary Thanksgiving Meal. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we transition to a totoally online, cashless process for purchasing tickets. Additionally, you have really helped us support safety and security on campus by cooperating with the identification requirement for all visitors.
Here are a few examples of the family photos and smiles. It was really helpful having the high school yearbook team on hand to help taking pictures. If you need a copy of your family photo, please email Mr. Frisch at carl.frisch@bisd-tx.org
Bloomington High School Volunteers
We were blessed to have Bloomington High School students from the National Honor Society, Yearbook Club and Student Council on hand to help us with our Thanksgiving celebration. Their helping hands, smiles and laughs really made the day special for everyone. In the words of our Superintendent, Mr. Cormier, "Its great to watch these student leaders develop an understanding of the meaning of service." Thank you again to Mrs. Smith for coordinating the process.
Book Fair
Parents and Families, we want to thank you for your support at the book fair. It was great to see so many students beaming with joy as they browsed the book selections and explained thier favotire characters to others.
Your support of the book fair helps us purchase new books for the library and keep our calatogue up to date.
