May 2021 Updates
Finishing Strong
This will be the last newsletter of the year as well as for me as the Prairie City Elementary principal. In case you missed my last newsletter, I will be full time in the fall as the Special Education Director for PCM with days shared at Colfax-Mingo. I will truly miss the students and staff at PCE. Your partnership and support these past 5 years has been greatly treasured. I have not told the students officially yet. Some already know and have offered many hugs. I just want to finish the year very positive and be able to give them an official good-bye and explanation that I will still be around at the end of the year.
I can not believe it is May already. This year has flown by. It is true that time flies when you are having fun! It has been a terrific year at Prairie City Elementary. Many goals have been met, new instructional methods have been tried and new skills learned. I am so proud of the students and staff here at PCE.
There are many activities, trips, events and great things happening this month, so please stay tuned to the News & Views, PCE Facebook page, Infinite Campus notices, classroom teacher newsletters and emails on updates on events, times, what to prepare your child for and when to bring special items to school. Thank you!
