We are excited to begin second semester on Monday! The students have worked very hard and persevered through many challenges this year. We are so proud of them! Thank you for all you do to support your child and our staff.

• On Friday, your child will bring home his/her report card. As you look over the report together, be sure to celebrate your child's growth and successes, and maybe set a goal or two for this next marking period. Though you will be receiving hard copies of your child's report card this year, please take a look at the document below that tells you how to access the report card in Parent Portal as well.
• As we work towards continuously strengthening our school-home connection, we have planned a virtual literacy event. Our literacy team would love for you to join us on February 9th at 7:00 PM to learn more about what our students do each day to grow as readers and ways to support your reader at home.
• If you ever need to change your child's dismissal routine, please be sure to call the office to let us know and it is best to do so by 3:30 so that we can be sure to get the information to your child's teacher in a timely manner. Dismissal is quite busy and sometimes it is a challenge to get last minute directions to teachers and students. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
• Please be sure to contact our attendance clerk by phone or email when you are reporting your child's absence or tardy.
• We are in need of donations for our younger students who may have accidents. We appreciate any donations of new or gently used boy's sweats size 5-8 and girl's leggings size 5-8.

Why it matters...

People with integrity can be trusted. They can be relied on to do the right thing and this helps them form positive relationships.

• If anyone in your household is awaiting Covid testing, please do not send your child to school. Please refer to the School Flow Charts- Should I Report to School document.

• Please remember to let our office know if anyone in your family has been diagnosed with COVID or has come in direct contact with anyone that has tested positive.
• Please continue to do the daily health screening and keep your child home if he/she has any of the symptoms of COVID.

• Week of March 8th- Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences

• Visitors must have an appointment to enter the building. All visitors will be screened outside by our securtiy guard before entering and must be wearing a mask to enter.

• If you are dropping off items for your child, the security guard will meet you outside to collect the item/s.

Due to allergies and for infection control, if students are going to be bringing food to share, it must be store bought and contain an ingredients list. Individually wrapped food items would be best.
