Congratulations Olivia Wright!!

Olivia entered an essay in the Martin Luther King essay contest sponsored by Wal-Mart for 6th graders. She was the winner for the Springdale district. She was awarded a gift package with electronic goodies, a plaque, and certificate. Her teacher, Mrs. Lauren Richardson was also awarded a plaque. Our school was awarded $500 from Wal-Mart. Way to go OLIVIA!!!

Martin Luther King essay contest

These ladies all entered the essay contest sponsored by Wal-Mart. The students wrote about how they could lead today continuing Dr. King's vision. Olivia Wright was the district winner - she wrote about gender equality.

A student that has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 90 days does not need to quarantine if he/she is identified as a probable close contact (PCC). IF someone from our school or the district calls because your child as been identified as a PCC, please tell us this is the case. We can double-check to avoid an unnecessary quarantine.
