Hemlock Sports Boosters 2022 Volunteer Award
The Hemlock Sports Boosters Volunteer Award is given yearly to a booster volunteer who has supported the school and student athletics over many years. This person dedicates many hours and talent to make the Sports Boosters a successful organization in providing uniforms and equipment that you see our athletes using everyday.
This year's Hemlock Sports Boosters Volunteer Award goes to Joan Hoffman (pictured below at the right). Joan was involved in the boosters while her children were attending Hemlock, helping whenever asked with concessions, youth basketball, youth softball, and the walk of fame. Joan served on the boosters board for 5 years, and was always the voice of reason when deciding issues as president for three years. Joan is still involved with the boosters today after her three kids are out of college. Joan set a high bar for future booster presidents to achieve her level of dedication and passion for Hemlock Athletics.
