Dear IG Families:

This was a busy week for our Ivan Green students! We celebrated the Global Day of Play on Wednesday along with World Read Aloud Day. Thank you to all the grown-ups who participated. We had lots of grown-ups in the building, but some folks sent in videos of themselves reading, since they could not physically be here. Our students LOVE to have their families at school for special events, so thank you for your participation.

There are loads of pictures below of adults reading to Ivan Green students. I hope you can find yourself!

We also learned that Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this week. You know what that means! We only go outside to play when the temperature (with windchill) are 20 degrees or above. I am afraid we are entering a stretch of indoor recess days. Please continue to send snow/outdoor play gear, just in case.
