4th Grade ELA with Mrs. Walbek
Prepare:
The weekly formative in USA TP have only one attempt and I give all students who do them extra credit, so the score will not affect the grade. If you would to practice with that topic or at least show an understanding click view results and click the purple exclamation point on the right to practice.
LITERATURE ASSIGNMENTS THIS WEEK:
No Literature lessons this week due to STAAR testing, use this time to catch up if you are behind or read a book for pleasure.

4th Grade Science with Mrs. Fields
Note from Mrs. Fields: I had fun having all of you in one class today! We do not have class next week so make sure to get the rest of Unit 12 in your OLS done next week.
Looking Back -
Last week we went ATOMIC! We learned about the basic structures of atoms and what makes them different. We talked about the periodic table and how all the elements are organized. I loved seeing the atoms you made!
Looking Ahead –
Next week we will are not meeting :-( But keep an eye on your class schedule! It will be changing up to help you get prepared for the next STAAR tests in May! Next week keep working on finishing up Unit 12 in your OLS. In 2 weeks we will start on Unit 13 (Mixtures and Solutions).

There is an extra credit assignment available in USA Test Prep – 4th Extra Credit #1. Read the article (paste it in your browser) and answer some questions using your own ideas about the topic.Continue to devote one hour (or two 30 minute sessions) to Stride Science lessons each week.
