Copper Beech Parent Update
Week of October 23, 2023
Principal's Message
Hello Families,
I continue to be impressed with the work our students and teachers do each day. I truly appreciate all of your involvement and communication. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful school community. I loved seeing so many Kindergarten Families on Friday at our "Goodies with Guests" event. Our PTA did an amazing job of making this a memorable experience for our families. I'm looking forward to seeing more of our Families at the "Trunk or Treat" event next week. Thank you for all you do to make Copper Beech a community that works together to provide the very best educational experience for our students!
Thank you for making Copper Beech a wonderful place to be! Enjoy your weekend.
GO PHILLIES!!
Best regards,
Ms. Stokes
Spotted at the Beech this past week...
Students in Ms. Gerson's class are always happy to see her! Ms. Fields' class participates in their morning meeting. Students set a model example for showing respect in the hallways as they complete independent work and on their way to the office. A few friends stop by the office and meet one of the old CB TV characters. Students in Ms. Gabry's class are engaged in their learning under our Copper Beech Tree mural, and Ms. Stokes and Ms. Bradbury are spotted "twinning."

Our 5th Grade Assembly
Students in 5th grade participated in an assembly this past week. The title of this assembly was "Students Turning Adversity into Opportunity." During our assembly, we learned many examples of respect (part of our monthly anti-bullying Character Pledge). A positive message that every person needs to know they are seen, they are heard, and they matter resonated throughout the presentation.
