2022-23 SCHEDULES

Class schedules have been released via OnCourse Connect. If you experience any difficulty accessing the system, please use: https://www.oncourseconnect.com/account/forgotpassword to login and obtain your password. Alternatively, you may contact the HVRSD Technology Department via email at: helpdesk@hvrsd.org or call the Technology Hotline # 609-737-4036.

SAVE THE DATE

Freshman / New Student Schedule Walkthrough - On August 30, all freshmen and new students are invited to participate in an informal walk-through of their schedules between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.. The students will have the opportunity to locate their classrooms, open their lockers, and familiarize themselves with the main areas of the school. Each student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the walkthrough. Please enter and exit the school via our main entrance in order to maintain building safety and security. We're excited to provide the Class of 2026 and our new students with this opportunity.

Freshman / New Student Drive Thru Celebration - On September 1, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., we'll be welcoming our freshmen and new students with a Drive Thru Celebration. This annual tradition is a fun filled, high energy evening designed to celebrate our newest Bulldogs. If you are the parent/guardian of an incoming freshman or a new student, please complete this form by August 28 to RSVP for this event.

Back to School Night - We are excited to return to an in-person Back to School Night on September 15, beginning at 6 p.m., using this schedule. Our teachers are eager to share information about their classes and curriculum with you. In addition, many of our student groups, as well as several community groups, (including the HVEF and the Municipal Alliance), will be present to share information about their programs. We're looking forward to seeing you at this important event.

Homecoming Weekend - Homecoming Weekend is scheduled for September 23 and 24, beginning with a school wide pep-rally on Friday, followed by several athletic events on Friday and Saturday, and culminating in a semi-formal Homecoming Dance on Saturday at 7 p.m. at HVCHS. Tickets will be sold during school in the weeks prior to the dance.

HELP WANTED

As we return to school in September, we'll be engaging in a series of games and activities to review our expectations, protocols, and procedures. We are currently collecting gift cards to use as prizes for staff and students. If you are able to donate a $10 gift card to a local business, we would appreciate your support! Please drop your donations off at the HVCHS main office, or mail them to Ms. Riley at:

One of our priorities at HVCHS is service learning. We will be continuing with our tradition of partnering with a local non-profit organization during each month of the school year. CLASS UPDATES

Class of 2023:

Please complete the senior privilege form and submit it to the Vice Principals' Office prior to the first day of school, or submit it directly to the HVCHS Administration during the senior option meetings on the first day of school.
Please be sure to submit your parking permit forms to Mrs. Joanne Crognale in the VP Office as soon as possible in order to ensure that your forms are processed prior to the start of school.
The Senior Sunrise will take place on September 6th at 6:15am on the HVCHS Turf Field. You bring a blanket, we'll bring the donuts!
Senior Portrait Sessions are still underway -- Lors Photography will be at HVCHS on August 29 and 30 for makeup sessions, which are by appointment only. Please schedule your appointment online at: https://myschedule.lorsstudio.com/accounts/login/ You may refer to the emails previously sent from Lors for registration/scheduling and your personal log-in. Please support the Class of 2024! The Class of 2024 PTO Parents are looking for donations, goods and services we can auction off at our Bingo Night Out and Silent Auction on Oct 14. Contact Michele Garzio for more details.
