Original Works Fundraiser Deadline Approaching!
Please be on the lookout for an Original Works order form that will be coming home with your child on ⭐November 14th.⭐ This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your child's artistic talents and support our school. Please note that you will only have until

We are thrilled to announce that our 2nd grade classes will be working diligently towards an art showcase in January. Our theme this year is "Art is Magic". Our talented students will be working on their projects very soon and we cannot wait to see their creativity shine.
If you or anyone you know happens to be a magician, we are currently looking to hire one for the upcoming art showcase event. Please reach out to us if you have any recommendations or if you are interested in this exciting opportunity.

Used the element of line and creating a colorful abstract work of art and added a personal touch with a heart and handprint in school colors

Learned about the cultural importance of Cherry Blossoms in Japan, China and the United States using watercolor and painting techniques
4th (Tipton)
Learned about the cultural significance of dots and circles by designing their own hand and personally significant symbol with concentric dotted lines
5th (Tipton)
Learned about the science behind Optical illusions and how they trick our brain by using the elements of line, value and color to create their own optical illusion
