IRMS Conferences:

Conferences went really well! We had a great turnout of parents and students attending and always love seeing families together in the building. Thank you all for making time to come connect with our teachers and see what your students have been up to!

Sports Update:

Fall sport have wrapped up for the season and now we look forward to the next season of athletic opportunities for our students to engage in. Boys basketball practices start on October 30th, Girls basketball will start on January 2nd, followed by wrestling on January 16th.

Choir Update:

The Choirs Halloween Karaoke Night fundraiser was a hit! Thanks for coming out and supporting this event!

7th grade all day science/geology field trip to Ancient Lakes

Tuesday October 31st - B day:

Happy Halloween! Students are welcome to wear school appropriate costumes to school if they would like to. No masks, weapons(even the fake ones), or inappropriate attire please.

Wednesday November 1st - A day - LATE START:

Happy November! This marks the beginning of a new quarter. Please note that grades continue rolling until semester though. If you have missing work, please keep plugging away to get those assignments turned in.

Leavenworth Community Engagement Night at the Festhall from 5 - 8pm. Come interact and get informed about your community partners!

A big THANK YOU to all of you that provided a dish for the teachers on conference night! The teachers felt well cared for and appreciated.

And another big THANK YOU to those who have been jumping in and supporting the field trips! These are always special opportunities for the students to get out of the classroom and experience new and unique ways of learning. We hope you enjoyed it as much as they did!

We are busy planning our first school community event to be held at the end of this month(more details coming soon) and would love to have you join us in making this happen! "The Mountain Lion Way" is our school wide model of how we conduct business. All stakeholders understand the positive expectations we all follow so the school environment can be a positive learning experience. We have added MLW tickets this year to replace the coins for our token reward system. A student may be given a purple ticket for demonstrating that they have followed our positive expectations. On Fridays, we collect the tickets during lunch and do drawings for various prizes that students can claim. We love seeing the boxes full of purple tickets as this means our students are rocking it!!
