Thank you to everyone who came out to participate in our Agility Trial last month. It was a huge success. There were lots of comments about the number of Club Members who came to work even though they were not running dogs. It was great to see you all there. A big round of applause to Linda Porter and her committee for all of their planning and hard work.

Merilynn is predicting approximate $4,000.00 profit from this years agility trial

Club Events :

Roger asked we start thinking about events we would like to have this coming year.

Casey will investigate doing the supported entry in Richmond.

The Board also made some exciting decisions including waiving all Membership Dues for 2017. Please consider making a donation of your time, talents or financial contribution to one of our many events such as our Herding Trial in lieu of your dues.

Please join us on Sunday, November 20, 2016 for our Annual Meeting and Bounce. Lucy Campbell-Gracie has once again graciously offered to open her home to club members and their beardies. We'll start things off at 1 p.m. The board will gather for a quick meeting to be followed by the general meeting. Please RSVP to lucy.campbell@wellsfargo.com by this coming Monday, November 14th with number of people attending and whether you'll be bringing an appetizer, side dish or dessert to share. The main dish will be provided. Mmmmm!

The Board will be deciding on the Club's Charitable contributions for 2016 at this time. If you have any suggestions of worthy Charities you would like us to support, please let one of the Board Members know.

NCBCC will once again participate in the Annual Scottish Christmas Walk in Alexandria, VA. The event is part of the Scottish Christmas Weekend in Old Town Alexandria. The parade begins at 11 am on Saturday, December 2, 2016. More details about exact timing and location to meet to come at a later date.
