THIS WEEK!!

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week. Our PTO will be celebrating them - thank you PTO!! Our teachers have really done a fantastic job this year. When we think of all the schools that have not had face to face learning, I am thankful for our teachers doing this work and making our year a success! Take some time to love on a teacher this week!!

Reserve Tickets for the Choir Concert

Please click on this link to reserve your free tickets to the choir concert on May 10th. The tickets are free and will automatically distance families in their seating if possible. Please keep your order to a limit of six tickets.

Help Hellstern & Help the World!!

Here is a quick video explanation. If you subscribe in May, Food Loops will give your first $5 to Hellstern! There is a flyer below with more information.

New subscribers will pick up a bucket along with a compostable liner from one of our drop-off locations listed below.
Once your bucket is full, head back to a drop off location & place filled compostable liner in the large red bin. Grab fresh liner bag, return home with your bucket, fill and repeat!
For folks subscribed to both programs, just place your glass from home in designated bins alongside food waste. Easy!

Girls Basketball camp!

There will be a Har-Ber Girls Basketball Camp from 4:30-6:30 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, May 10th through the 12th. Girls in 2nd through 6th grades are welcome to attend. Please go to the Registration Link to sign up. The camp costs $35 and a t-shirt is included.

3 - 6th grade attends dress rehearsal @ 2:30 - All 6th gr will be out of the building from 2:15-3pm

3 - Band Concert @ HBHS PAC 7pm

3 - Current 6th graders Football meeting @ 6pm - Hellstern cafeteria, please wear a mask

10 - 6th gr MAP testing - ELA

10 - 7th gr Choir Dress Rehearsal (8-10am) - students will be @ HBHS

10 - 7th gr Choir concert @ HBHS PAC (7pm)

11 - Cross Country Parent meeting @ CJHS (5:30pm) - this is for all students participating next year in XC running

11 - School Board meeting (5pm)

12 - 6th gr MAP testing - Math

13 & 14 - 7th grade MAP testing - ELA & Math

13 - All City Music Festival @ HBHS

15 - State Robotics competition @ UA Student Union

20 - EAST Day Out

25 - 7th grade Explorers, Champions, & Titans go fishing (HOFNOD)

27 - 4th quarter ends/Last student day
