Green JHS Weekly Bulletin for September 8th

Principal's Message

Good morning E.O. Green Families,

We are hosting Back to School this Thursday, September 10 from 5:30 - 7:45 pm. You will be receiving ZOOM or Google Meet invitations from your child’s teacher. Please login into each period according to the times indicated in the schedule below. 7 & 8th grade will be taking place between 5:30-6:30 pm and sixth grade will be inviting you from 6:45 - 7:45 pm.

Friendly reminder that during distance learning, phase 1, daily attendance counts for every period. The students are earning traditional marks A, B, C, D, & Fs. Students in seventh and eighth grade have three periods a day, sixth grade has one teacher for all subjects.

All students were provided with a box of school supplies, textbooks and a Chromebook to access remote learning. Please call the school if your child is missing any item.

We appreciate your support in ensuring that your student is login into the ZOOM invitations, completing and submitting their work via Google Classroom.

Buenos días familias de EO Green,

Celebraremos el regreso a clases “Back to School” este jueves 10 de septiembre de 5:30 a 7:45 pm. Recibirá invitaciones de ZOOM o Google Meet del maestro de su hijo. Inicie sesión en cada período de acuerdo con los horarios indicados en el programa a continuación. Los grados 7 y 8 se llevarán a cabo entre las 5:30 - 6:30 pm y el sexto grado lo invita a participar de 6:45 a 7:45 pm.

Recordatorio amistoso de que durante el aprendizaje a distancia, fase 1, la asistencia diaria cuenta para cada período. Los estudiantes obtendrán las calificaciones tradicionales A, B, C, D y F. Los estudiantes de séptimo y octavo grado tienen tres períodos al día, el sexto grado solo están con una maestra/o.

Todos los estudiantes recibieron una caja de útiles escolares, libros de texto y un Chromebook para acceder al aprendizaje remoto. Llame a la escuela si a su hijo le falta algún artículo.
