We Challenge YOU!

Over the next 2 weeks, we are challenging ALL of McIntire's students, parents, and staff to fill the halls with a Random Acts of Kindness Chain. We are aiming high and hoping our chain will go from the 4th/5th hall all the way down to the K/1 hall. Every time a child completes a RAK, he or she will write it on a chain link and attach it to the chain. This is a great season to teach our kids more about this and help them focus on others more than gifts.

Ms. Clark's class is collecting items for the families at Haven House. The items that kids bring in can be a chain link added to the RAK chain and they are going to help others in need! Gently used books, games, stuffed animals, and toys are MUCH appreciated. They also need toilet paper, paper towels, and canned food that is heat and serve such as ravioli, spaghetti, vegetables, soups, etc. We will have donation boxes set up at the front foyer for these items to be placed.

We hope that we can make a huge difference in the community, but also continue to strengthen the already positive and caring climate of our building! We appreciate your support to make this a Season of Kindness for all our kids!
