Also, if you have not sent in your Veteran Salute, please do so by Friday. Click here for the page to print and complete.
We are looking forward to this meaningful opportunity for students and staff alike!
Thanksgiving Lunch
The Wanamaker Elementary Thanksgiving Lunch will be held on Thursday, November 16th. Please click the link below to download the form to send in to purchase tickets. We are asking for all ticket orders to be in my Friday, November 10. We will not be able to sell any tickets on the day of the event to ensure we have enough food prepared.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Thank you all for your attendance at Parent Teacher Conferences. It is always good to see engaged parents in the building and we always love to have conversations about your children! We will have a second Parent Teacher Conference in the winter during February. Also, thank you to everyone who brought drinks in for staff to enjoy during conferences. It is always so nice to be able to grab something to drink between conferences. We apprciate your support!
Early Release Day
Our first early release day is Wednesday, November 8. Please take note of the new time for Early Release! So that teachers have a longer time to collaborate, early release will take place at 2:15. You can expect buses to arrive home around 1.5 hours earlier that usual. This time is valuable to teachers to have time to work and plan together as a team!
Character Pillars
We had a great time in October focusing on Respect. We were able to recognize many students who were being super respectful! During the month of November, we will be focusing on Thankfulness/Gratefulness as a school.
