Welcome to the OHS counselor bi-monthly newsletter!
Compass (formerly known as TMM) will not meet until at least second quarter so this will be it's replacement.
Academic Planning
2nd quarter schedule changes have to be made before the quarter starts! Reach out to your counselor if you need to make a change as they must be requested by tomorrow, 11/5.

Virtual College and Career Fair Day - 11/6
Virtual College and Career Fair Day - take time on Friday, November 6 to review the two Powerpoints on local career and college options. Some colleges have live meetings at certain times, you can access those times within the College presentation. Tons of information for you to review and it's never too early to start planning ahead. Fabulous prizes are available too, so keep an eye out for those opportunities!

Why do I need to have a routine each day?
The importance of a routine is critical during these times - getting the right amount of sleep and exercise, eating healthy foods, are all just a few factors in helping maintain balance. Having a routine also combat boredom too. Read more here from Psychology Today:
