Saying Goodbye To The 2022-2023 School Year!
A Message from Your CFF President
Dear Community Families -
What a year it’s been. With your generous support, we met and EXCEEDED our fundraising goal for the 3rd consecutive year! We won’t have final numbers for another few weeks, but we know that we have fully funded all our enrichment programs and support staff for next school year.
Thank you so much, Community! Have a wonderful summer break and we hope to see you at one of the summer playdates.
Best,
Kate Harrington
CFF, President

SAVE THE DATE!
SAVE THE DATE FOR SUMMER PLAYDATES!
Summer playdates are a fun tradition at CMCS. It's a time to meet new families, re-connect with old friends, and for new families to get acquainted with our school community. Save these dates! Specific locations to be determined.
Saturday, 6/24 - Valley from 10 AM - Noon (location TBD)
Saturday, 7/22 - Mid City from 10 AM - Noon (location TBD)
Sunday, 8/6 - West LA from 2 PM - 4 PM (location TBD)
CONGRATS TO OUR CULMINATING 5th GRADE FAMILIES!
Students have had an AMAZING couple of fun weeks with Cimi Camp, 5th Grade Only (Dance) Party, Year Book Signing and Ice Cream Social. They'll end the week with a kickball game against the teachers on Wednesday, Culmination on Thursday, class parties on Friday, and Beach Party on Sunday!
THANKS: We can't give enough thanks to the entire Culmination Committee led by Mandy Fabian, Jon Butler, Miranda Butler, Lauren Hardy, and to all the other individuals who have worked so hard to make this year's 5th grade experience and culmination AMAZING for our students!!
And of course, thanks to the students for their hard work and dedication -- without them, none of this would be possible!
Memory Wall:
We're thrilled to share the 5th Grade Memory Wall with all of you! As you drive in you and your children will see it from the car or bus windows.
The theme is "The Sky's the Limit" and all "Class of 2023" students spray painted their own planet that's on the wall.
Thank you Jeff Hardy for your dedication and commitment to giving our kids and school something they can always treasure!!
Thanks to the whole memory wall team for making this happen!
