Emmett created a great way to have the AR Reward day that was fun and different for students. He always comes to school prepared and will go above and beyond to help students and staff with anything. Emmett is one of a kind and truly exemplifies the SC motto - Great job Emmett!
Carmen C.
Carmen comes to class every day with a positive attitude, ready to learn. She is always prepared, asks questions when she has them and displays eagerness to learn with every lesson we cover. Her upbeat and candid nature make her a joy to work with. Carmen is also helpful to other students and staff. She tries her best always - Great Job Carmen!

Emmett Bergeman received a 4 year award for attending all 4 years of the choir festival in high school.
9th Grade Careers Class
Careers class can use Virtual Reality to take a deeper look at careers through the RUreadyND System! CareerViewXR is an immersive platform that brings you on field trips and job shadow experiences. Using 360° media, students use interactive web-based tours and companion virtual reality videos that get viewers into the heart of a career. Students and job seekers love getting up close and personal with the experiences, having fun, and learning about high-demand industries, such as health care, skilled trades, energy, and more.
College Application Month
College Application Month (CAM) is part of a national initiative known as the American College Application Campaign. The American Council on Education started this program in 2005. When seniors apply to a North Dakota college during their school’s event, the Bank of North Dakota pays one $35 application fee per student.

Surround The State In Song
On October 14th three students from Sargent Central joined with other 5th and 6th graders from the area at Surround the State in Song at Olivet Lutheran Church in Fargo. The event challenges students to learn and perform new music in a new setting with many new ensemble members. The choir in Fargo was 75 strong. Concerts were held in Fargo, Jamestown, Bismarck, Grand Forks, Dickinson, Minot and Williston.
