Kids After School

We are glad you are here and we are confident that our association will be a positive experience for you and your child. It is the philosophy of this program that all children are to be treated as special, unique individuals and that every effort is made to ensure they each grow up feeling esteemed and loved. In Keeping with this philosophy, all children are to be nurtured and a loving environment will be made available that will meet the children's needs, as well as provide for the safety and well-being of the children.

Parents have several different ways to enroll students.

1. Parents may go to the office at Whiteside Elementary and pick up an enrollment form.
2. Parents may come to the cafeteria at 3:00, on any school day, to enroll a child.
3. Parents may click on the link at the bottom and complete the enrollment form digitally.
4. Parents may sign their child up for Kids After School at Open House.

Payment will be due on the first day of school when you pick up your student. Cash, money order, or card! We are also now accepting CCS Payments.

If you would like to pay in advance you can drop your payment off at Teacher's Touch Daycare just down the street. 5220 75th Street.

****Payment increase took place in January 2025*** As of January 2025 the tuition will be $170 a month!

Fee Schedule:

Fees will be different depending on the number of children that you have enrolled. There is a $10 discount for additional children in the same family. **August is the only month that is a prorated month.

Tuition:

Tuition is due regardless of attendance and it is due the 1st of every month. A late fee of $10 will be added after the 5th of the month. If tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month, an additional late fee of $10 will be added.

Enrolling one student:

• August- $50 enrollment fee +$105 for the month of August (total $155)
• September-May- $165 a month

Enrolling two students:

• August- $50 enrollment fee + $200 for the month of August (total $250)
• September-May- $320 a month

Enrolling three students:

• August- $50 enrollment fee + $295 for the month of August (total $345)
• September-May- $480 a month

Enrolling four students:

• August- $50 enrollment fee + $420 for the month of August ($470)
• September-May $620 a month

Student pick up will be completed INSIDE of the cafeteria on the south side of the building. You will need to come in and sign your student out every day. We WILL NOT be releasing children out to the cars! You will have to come inside and sign them out. ~~Please do not call your child and tell them to come out. We will not be able to let them leave with out you signing them out.

As a licensed after school operation, we are limited on how much screen time the students can have. Because of this, we will not allow Chromebooks, tablets, or CELL PHONES. The only time we will allow any electronic devise is when students are doing homework. This also means that your student should not have their phones on them. They will be taken up if they are being used at After School Care.

The buttons below will take you to documents that you would get when you sign up. There is no need to print and sign the guidance and discipline document. We will have that for you on the first day of school when you pick up your student!

We do not change students who have accidents at After School Care. The parents will be called to come pick up their students.
