β User Interface: Outlook has a different interface from Gmail. While both platforms have similar features, the layout and terminology may vary. It may take some time to get used to the new interface.

If your file does not attach due to size limitations:
Please zip large files and attach as a zipped file or upload the file to OneDrive and share it via a OneDrive link.
β οΈ The maximum file size for an attachment in Microsoft Outlook email is 20MB.
