Brownstown Elementary Braves

If you are picking up a student with a red car rider tag, please do not line up until 2pm. If you arrive early, please find a parking spot. This is a new safety protocol that helps protect our students during the day.

Starting Monday, October 2nd, Ice manufacturing presents to you: Brownstown Elementary Makerspace! Ice manufacturing gave BES Makerspace a grant to help us get started with projects.

The machine is located in the lobby at BES. Students will be able to purchase items from the vending machine. Items are priced from $1-$5. Proceeds will be given back to makerspace for other projects.

The Brownstown Central High School Booster Club is raising money for Breast Cancer Awareness. Please bring in $1.00 or any donations to wear pink with the rest of BES on Wednesday, October 4th! All money raised will be donated to the Seymour Cancer Center for items that bring patients comfort during their chemo sessions.

Scholastic Book Fair will be held Monday October 2nd- Friday October 6th. Students will go to the book fair with their class. Be on the lookout for information to come home.

1st Grade will go to Cornucopia Farm on Thursday, October 5th.

Special thanks to the Brownstown Fire Department for planning lessons and fire truck demonstrations for next week for K-3 grade students.

School will NOT be in session October 9th-13th.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on October 2,3, and 4th. Please reach out to your child's teacher if you do not have a time scheduled.

Friday 10/6

B: fudge pop tart

L: spaghetti, romaine lettuce with ranch, garlic toast, peaches and milk

If your child had their picture taken but you missed turning in your order, you have until Friday, October 6th to turn in the order form and money to the main office. You also have the option to order online at mylifetouch.com and use the Picture ID: EVTD7TT38. Picture retakes will be November 15th.
