HHS Counseling Department

• Please keep an eye on your emails as we will be sending out information regularly for scholarships and graduation related information!
• Make sure you get the senior interview form that was emailed to you filled out ASAP, as well as the diploma application. Reach out if it needs to be resent!
• If you're graduating midterm, make sure you have your REQUEST FOR MID-YEAR GRADUATION form signed and TURNED IN to the counseling office before DECEMBER 20th.
• If you haven't met with your counselor about schedule checks or senior interview follow-up and would like to, please sign up to see your counselor.
• For those that will attend college next fall, the FAFSA will open no later than December 31st. Watch for updates on this. It is important to complete this as soon as possible once it opens. HHS will have a FAFSA Frenzy in mid January. The date will be announced soon.
  
• As you receive acceptance letters please upload those to SchooLinks. If you do not know how to do this see your counselor or Mrs. Worthington.
  

• Schedule checks have been done, November 29 & 30, if you have not met with your counselor, they will be calling you in at their earliest convenience.

• Schedule checks for second semester are scheduled for December 6 & 7. This will be the time to bring up any questions you have for second semester.

• Schedule checks for second semester will be done after we come back from break.

• 8:00 AM Mid-year grads report to Korf Gym for ceremony practice. No caps & gowns required
• 5:30 PM Mid-year grads report to Korf Lobby for preparation for ceremony. Wear caps & gowns.
• 6:00 PM MID-YEAR GRADUATION CEREMONY in Korf Gym.

Coming in mid-December to hand out class rings and graduation items.

EOC tests are being offered:

• December 5 & 6 in the library

ASVAB Testing

• January 4,5,8

This school year's remaining testing dates:

• December 9th
• February 10th
• April 13th
• June 8th
• July 13th
